How long does the licence last?
Your licence lasts a year from the date of confirmed payment, unless otherwise stated. This means that card payment provides instant access, and those paying by invoice will have their licence activated upon receipt of payment by cheque or transfer.
Schools must renew their licence before expiry for seamless access, as it will not renew automatically.
How many staff members can I add?
Schools can add as many colleagues as they want. All colleagues get their login, ensuring consistency and access to licence benefits from any device.
Licence options for Multi-Academy Trusts and Local Authorities
We encourage academy trusts, (with more than three schools) and local authorities to get in touch about group licence options, as we offer discounted rates for those who wish to sign up for multiple schools.
How can I add additional teaching staff to the licence?
Adding school colleagues is easy!
- Once you have signed up for your school licence, log in and select the ‘my profile’ button in the top-right of your screen.
- Scroll down and click on the ‘invite more colleagues’ button.
- Add names and email addresses for every colleague you want to invite. You can add up to ten at a time.
- They will each receive an email with a link inviting them to set up their account.
Anyone you invite must work at the school listed under the licence and privately access its resources, making sure not to share these with other school settings. A group licence is available at a discounted rate to academy trusts and local authorities wishing to sign up multiple schools.
Who do I contact if I can’t access my account?
If you cannot access your account or notice technical issues in the members’ area, please send us an email with the details and any error messages to support@kindnessmatters.co.uk.
Are my credit card details secure?
Our credit card payments are processed by Stripe to ensure that your personal details are safe. We do not receive any of the payment details via the website.
Will my personal information be shared with other parties?
No, your information will only be used by us to enable you to access your school licence. For more information please see the Terms and Conditions of our website.
